Overview
A living laboratory for the circular economy
EcoVerse transforms an existing 50-acre estate — long known locally as Lye Huat Garden — into ASEAN's first fully integrated circular-economy demonstration site. Rather than a single-purpose farm, resort, or training center, it is engineered as one interconnected system: eight zones, four operating systems, and a single circular flow of resources, people, and value.
Developed and operated by Paxventus Sdn. Bhd., EcoVerse is designed from the outset to be more than a destination — it is a working blueprint for how ASEAN can meet food security, clean energy, and green-workforce demand from a single piece of ground.
