As Director of IMT-GT JBC Malaysia, Mahadi leads PAXVENTUS's investor and government relations — the relationships that turn a masterplan into a fundable, policy-aligned project. His engineering background shapes how every site is sequenced, from first feasibility study through to full build-out.

Dr. Balamurugan Ratha Krishnan

Two decades leading inclusive community programmes across B40, youth, and women's livelihoods — the discipline that keeps every project genuinely community-first.

Balamurugan leads community development and engagement, training and academia partnerships, and the CSR and social-impact funding that connect each development to the people living around it. He ensures local voices shape the plan before the first foundation is poured.

Dr. Syafeeq Mohd.

Bridges agricultural science with hospitality design — a rare combination that shapes both what PAXVENTUS grows and how visitors experience it.

Syafeeq directs regenerative farming systems, precision agriculture, and strategic partnerships with off-takers, while also designing the immersive hospitality, cultural programming, and destination storytelling behind PAXVENTUS's tourism developments. It's this dual lens — production and experience — that keeps every site working as both a working landscape and a place worth visiting.
